You can continue to use your account until then. After the freeze period, your membership will automatically reactivate on the 1st of the month following your selected freeze duration.

There is a **$5 fee** to cancel your VIP membership. Your membership will remain active until the 1st of next month, at which point the cancellation will become effective. You can continue to use your account until then. Please note: **No refunds** are provided. It is your responsibility to cancel before your next billing cycle to avoid unwanted charges.

For your first online appointment booking, we need to set up your preferred login credentials. This helps us create your account in our system. Once set up, you can use these details for future bookings.
