VIP Membership Options

To ensure we accurately process your VIP request and protect your account, please provide the following additional details. This helps us verify your identity and locate your membership in our system.

Freeze Your VIP Membership

There is **no charge** to freeze your VIP membership. Your membership will remain active until the 1st of next month, at which point the freeze will begin. You can continue to use your account until then. After the freeze period, your membership will automatically reactivate on the 1st of the month following your selected freeze duration.

Cancel Your VIP Membership

There is a **$5 fee** to cancel your VIP membership. Your membership will remain active until the 1st of next month, at which point the cancellation will become effective. You can continue to use your account until then. Please note: **No refunds** are provided. It is your responsibility to cancel before your next billing cycle to avoid unwanted charges.

Appointment Booking Information

Appointments are **not required** at Tiki Tan! Walk-ins are always welcome during our business hours. If you prefer to book an appointment, please read the information below.

For your first online appointment booking, we need to set up your preferred login credentials. This helps us create your account in our system. Once set up, you can use these details for future bookings.
